The Faculty of Law was established by Law No. 2809 and Higher Education Institution Law No. 24  and had began teaching on 3  November 1982.  The Faculty has began teaching activity in the Goztepe Campus since 1984 and continues in the historic Haydarpasa building where Haydarpasa Campus is located . Our Founding Dean of the Faculty was Prof. Dr. Ergun Önen.
